Hosting and assisting my dear teacher Sianna Sherman in Copenhagen offered great learnings in many ways.

The yoga and my understanding for a deeper spiritual practice grew and it's continues to inspire me.

Also first hosting Sianna in studio regeme for the tree immersions and then adding masterclasses and workshops outside of the studio. It helped my confidence in hosting. And again experiencing great support from the community around me.

Times off the mat is just as great a teaching as on the mat, when you spend your time with great beings! - thank you Sianna for everything!
